So, how do I get oil based undercoat out of my hair?

couple of drips seem to be stuck to my scalp like scabs and it's in a line across the back of my hair where it was in a ponytail and I accidently stood up and bumped my head on my lovely (wet) undercoat

white spirit is the only thing I know to get oil based paints off - don't know what it would be like in hair........
