Can you recommend a decorator South East/ Tunbridge Wells area?

I need to paint our house both inside, outside, kitchen cabinets, doors,...etc. Could anyone recommend a good reliable decorator who won't empty my bank account..??

My parents (TW) have just had a whole range of outrageous quotes for their 4 bed detached house. (i.e. average size, but has Georgian-style windows so bit more painting required there). The quotes varied from £2300 to over £5K!!! They were about to put it down to it being an affluent are so being ripped-off was to be expected until I choked with rage and got them to carry on searching. Anyway, they have now found someone who'll do it for £880! A guy from Rotherfield, I think. I can get details if you like.
