Is insulation cheaper in summer?

What do you think?

As in, getting someone to do loft insulation and cavity wall insulation? Obviously materials will be same price. Do you think I'll get a summer deal???

i don't know about summer deals but i've just done some research on this. you can get a diy loft insulation pack from british gas for £49, or get them to do it for you for £250. caviaty wall also £250. thats for a 4 bed house so may be less. Depending on where you live, your council may also have a special offer. mine don't though.
