I notice some people have debated loft conversions on this site.
Just wanted to share my view on our experiences. We used ABSOLUTE LOFTS last year and they were atrocious. They delayed the planning process to suit their own needs and timetable and ended up delaying the loft conversion by 6 months. This is apparently quite common among developers like them.
Then when they did the job they were sloppy, messy and rushed the job.
Total waste of money!
I would call them coyboys!! Beware!
