Acrylic or steel bath, advice please

I'm looking to rent out my property and am deciding on a bathroom suite. Most baths seem to be acrylic, is this OK for tenants or would a steel bath be more suitable?

Acrylic absolutely fine.

Steel are better ime acrylic look cheap but if its for tenants would be fine.Steel baths keep the water warm longe and last longer too
