Flat been on market 5 days had 4 viewings all made offers which were quite good, but today 2 buyers were bidding against each other, we have accepted an offer of 6k below asking price.
I am really pleased, the women can move quick as she has 75%deposit and is in rental at the moment so no messy chains!!
