ds will be able to see his friends as it is very near to where we live now He would have more trouble if we moved into town. Both are in good accessible areas. We have ruled the townhoue out now though as garden and kitchen too dark.

Noddy - I reckon you will fel disatisifid with a maisonette - you want this to be the for keeps place don't you? If you have lived in houses, then going to a flat tends to feel temporary...

What are the downside to the bungalow - further out of town then you would prefer? Less character? Too suburban? I am thinking it is on the no5 bus route??

Why are you looking now anyway?

noddyholder · 06/07/2008 17:47

Lister it is in Surr den and has been massively reduced already and is a real bargain.I would omly buy now if i got 25-30% off.Dp and I both do things from home(REIKI AND TEACH DRUMS) and so that is at a standstill for the moment and we are missing it.

Well, from what you have said I would go for the bungalow . Nice area. But what about waiting for Christmas, and what about only moving for a dream house??

jalopy · 06/07/2008 19:51

Go for the bungalow, noddy.

noddyholder · 06/07/2008 20:12

Don't think we could get it for less than we plan to offer even at xmas.It is dream house for dp and once i knock it into shape it could be mine but don't plan to offer immediately Maybe a week or two
