Hi, you probably know already as you have a close eye on the market, but that house in HRW has a 'Sold' board up. I drove past it today and there were 2 removal vans opened up - that seems impossibly quick coz you were only looking at it a month ago surely?

The market in general looks pretty poor though don't you think - I saw a nice 2 bed flat in Flor* Rd on for less than 200K - that surprised me!

Arw you trying to stay away from Rightmove, or do you have your eye on anything

There is a half-built one near me that has come down to under £200K, I think that was on for closer to 250 originally. No takers oddly

It doesn't feel like there are many coming on to the market at the mo, and few in the 250-350 bracket which is what I am most interested in . Not that we are intending to move, but keeping my eye open....

I saw that new build and thought about looking but dp not sure whereas love a project.We looked again in patcham/woodbourne aera but not sure.The HRW house was a divorce and they weren't living in it.A few which had sold are re available
