Any experience of Ikea complaints (kitchens)

Had a new kitchen installed 3 weeks ago... Ikea's own installers (or rather their contracted ones)
Absolute shambles... bits not fitted correctly, hob set in wonky and worst of all the oak veneer worktop not sealed..despite me asking twice about it because on ordering it clearly stated that they would do this. Signs of damage already.
I spoke to someone in store on 10th and had an email that day saying they would contact me within a couple of days. Nada.
So today have emailed ( I want a paper trail) listing all the issues... with photos and with particular reference to the worktop and the installers insistance that it was presealed (how ...it's cut ) when clearly not...and failed to even silica seal the sink sufficiently.
I'm monumentally pissed off. And determined that they should correct all their cockups . They even failed to screw in the oven unit... first time I pulled the fitted tray towards me the whole damn thing came half way out!

Ps..the kitchen itself would be lovely.... if it was fitted properly...just don't use their installers!

Ugh, Not that it helps but when we got an IKEA kitchen I looked at reviews of their installers and they were spectacularly bad. I hope you get it fixed.

I got an IKEA kitchen about 8 years ago. The installers did such a bad job that I cried. They did naff all about it and the bobbly floor still makes me cross.
