we bought our council house 4 years ago
it has a fair sized back garden. the garden ends onto a public footpath type thing that leads to a field
between our garden and the footpath (which is not an actual path more of a trodden in thing) there is a mass of weeds and overgrowth where people have dumped stuff over the years etc
we have just remortgaged and i have been sent a copy of the land registry and on the title plan it shows our property and next doors and pretty much the full street tbh. right the thing that has caught my attention is next doors garden slopes off on a diagonal (which is how it is in reality too) in the drawing it shows our garden in line with hers and continuing the diagonal
our garden is quite a bit further up than hers at the moment and just squared off
if i look out of the upstairs window it looks like the fence has just been shoved infront of the over growth (it is bad)
we are going to replace the back fence and where thinking of moving back to where it should be - can i find out for certain the boudaries of the property without it being expensive?
