Smart toilet for en suite?

I’m having an en suite downstairs extension built and I’m considering getting a smart loo (loo/bidet/drier) not so much for my bum, more for my female area, one that can have a dedicated water jet setting that suits women. There will only be room for one toilet, so a separate bidet is not an option. Does anyone have one that does that? I’ve never used one, but I need the loo a couple of times a night, and I thought I’d treat myself if they’re any good.

Yes they are good and all seem to have a front bottom setting. One of ours was super cheap on amazon (£140 ish) and self installed in half an hour. The other two were expensive Japanese ones but not any better really.
