We are viewing a house today

Any tips?! We’ve viewed a couple in the area we want but we haven’t round the right house

This one is in the next town along and on a bus route for the teen and can drive to the youngest primary

it’s a like for like but a little dated, it’s up for offers over 290. Plus gets us on the ladder.

If you like it, go back for a second viewing. I personally think you should wait out the right house in the right area, but if you love this area too, then that’s also fine. Don’t take children. You need to be able to focus on the viewing and not on herding cats.

I love this village but hardly anything comes up at all, been watching the market and waiting but we’ve been renting for over 4 years here and nothing suitable. Same house in different town for 50k less so just seeing what options available - we have until next spring which is the latest really as we want to but while we can

And my toddler is so good, we’ve viewed 5 in total the last month and all with her, we tell her it’s daddy’s ’work house’ as she’s too young to understand a house move and especially if we aren’t moving there - but the teen isn’t coming until we like something as she finds it hard to understand and I get that.
