How does position work when bidding for social housing?

Hi everyone one i hope you good .i just have a question. Do I have to be queue position 1 when i bid on ellc choice for social for offer or It can be any number. I am new to bidding system I dont no how it works. I have medical and severe overcrowding i am in sovp group . My position goes to 11,22,25,35 on three bedroom house or flat. I live in newham London.i will really appreciate if someone had a experience and help to become i am suffering from stress and anxiety. Thanks in advance

In my authority you can bid three times a week regardless of your position. If you are number 3 for example the people who are above you could bid on a different property so it’s always worth a shot.
