Help!! Floor plan advice

I posted earlier but didn't upload image so I'm trying again. Apologies to the posters that replied earlier. I seem to have lost the message and cant reply to them or see their advice.

I'm looking suggestions on how to improve our floor plan. We have been granted full planning permission to build our family home but I'm struggling with two aspects. The house has been designed to make the most of lovely views to the front.

The plan below has changed slightly. The utility area has now changed so there is now a hidden pantry/dirty kitchen off the kitchen and a separate small laundry room. We have removed the shower near the back door to accommodate this.

I'm asking your advice with two other issues. I would love to have a small office in the bedroom block. I'm happy to move the hotpress upstairs and reduce the size of rooms to accommodate this.

The second issue is the front master bedroom upstairs. Originally it had a dressing room and ensuite. However we removed these as I was dithering about whether I wanted an ensuite. We have since changed the stair layout. Now I have decided to include an ensuite and dressing room but cant work out how to include them. I'm happy to change the upstairs bathroom to a shower room and reduce room sizes here too.

Id really appreciate any advice/comments
Thank you

Difficult to see the plan the ways it’s rendered, but it’s the stairs /hall that I find challenging.

could you move the stairs into the hall and create a proper division between your “clean “bed bath space and the hall. That would then give room for an office.

you could potentially push the windows from the hall out further and make an office in the gap between living and bedroom. I know that removes your enterance view but you have the space for a lovely office view instead
