Recommendations for a keyless front door entry system

I’m thinking of getting a keyless front door entry system - with a code instead of a key.

There seem to be so many options and I’m lost.

Does anyone have a system that they can recommend?

Don't have a recommendation per se but make sure you buy from a UK or European company with support in English and years in business and no requirement for a subscription for it to work.

Otherwise you will be screwed if/when it goes wrong or they go out of business or start charging you to open your own door.

We have a Yale connexis smart lock. No code but key fobs and cards a bit like a hotel, and also an app as it's on the WiFi. I always unlock using the app.

Our house is listed so I didn't want a keypad but I think they also do versions with a keypad.

It takes AA batteries so you do have to change them but if it were to run out you can activate with a 9v battery from the outside if you need to get in. It gives you plenty of warning when it's running low.

The app is useful because you can unlock (but not lock) remotely and also check if the door is locked and see when it was last locked/unlocked.
