West Byfleet - a good or bad place to live?

I have no idea of West Byfleet. Is it nice? Good things? Bad things? Thanks!

It's okay. Train service to waterloo good, v good catholic school, ok state primary lots of independent. What type of thing do you need to know? What sort of lifestyle do you have?

There isn't a huge provision for pre-school places so get their names down young plenty of daycare places.

Woking, Staines, Kingston & Guildford for shopping. Close to Chessingtion world of Adventures, Thorpe Park & Legoland so perfect to get Merlin passes.

Going back to work in London in January 2009. Have seen a house we really like! Worried about nurseries though. The ones I have found on the net look only OK'ish.

I haven't heard anything horrendous about any of them. If you can get a place Doodles II in keston avenue New Haw is fantastic, a cross between CM & nursery, very close to West Byfleet station still.
