Any landlords using Hammock for MTD returns?

I took a look on a free trial and it looked very straightforward.
Now I can’t get any further forward with it - it’s saying I have registered, which I did as part of the free trial. But now I want to go ahead either way using it I am stuck. Have emailed and not received a response, which doesn’t augur well for the future.

Watching with interest as I’m below the threshold now but will have to use MTD software in 2 years. I attended HMRCs webinar and they can’t recommend a program which is frustrating. Hope you get it sorted.

I had that with another brand. I’ve moved to sage and its a lot easier.

I use Sage, easy to use, good on app and desk too. No complaints

I’m using Hammock. I had a free trial and once it was up I joined fully. It’s easy to use and is intuitive.

I also did a free trial of Xero and couldn’t get on with it at all. I’m happy sticking with Hammock. It’s pretty painless.

Oh no, I've got to do this for end of July too. I think DH said he'd get Sage.

I'm using it. Still getting the hang of it but it seems designed for what landlords need. I like the storage for compliance documents too. It seems a touch hit and miss with the bank account tracking though

Thanks all. I’ve entered something twice and am trying to unenter it! I really want to get it done soon. Hate last minute submissions. I think some people will find it all too much.
I did link sage up to my hmrc account - goodness knows how!! I’ll plod on 😀

Quick update - I tried looking at Sage again but can’t make head nor tail of it. I contacted Hammock and they have given me a 30 day free trial. Which is nice but not actually what I want.
Ive inputted a lot of stuff which I now can’t find🤷‍♀️.

Hammock frequently do training sessions. Plus, I think you can also pay for them to set it all up for you.
I promise I don’t work for them!
