The Modern House now. Yes or no?

Anyone sold through The Modern House recently, and prepared to tell me whether they found it an agreeable experience? Did the valuation reflect the price you achieved? Most important, do they get serious buyers or is it just mainly window shoppers?

Not first hand, I'm told high commission, expensive marketing at sellers expense and that most people do it for image but also list with a second agent for sales.

I approached them a while back about selling our house and they wouldn't take it so it depends on your house and it's location.

So, a very neutral response. Not sure our house (apart from the location) would tick enough boxes to pass muster. Thanks all! I probably won't bother.
