Has anyone used Arkiplan?

Has anyone used Arkiplan recently ? It looks fairly straight forward and presumably cheaper than alternatives but I think all online which makes me nervous ! I can only find a very old thread on them on here from 10 years ago so wanted to see if anyone had used them recently.
Reasonably straight forward project I think - reconfiguring the dining room , kitchen and hallway but probably at least one wall needing a steel.
The plans don’t seem overly cheap but I’m probably very out of date on costs.

Depends if you think you need an Architect or a draughtsman

If not the former then these guys are pretty standard although basic and generic
Or so I’m told by a client who switched

Good point . I’m not even certain we need either ! But also whether we need a structural engineer ! I think a draughtsman would be ok actually

If you want ideas then these guys won't help you.

If you know exactly what you want then a sketch and talking to a good builder will be more valuable.

Ok thank you I think we need to ask our builder what he thinks is most do able . I have the ideas but it’s knowing what is possible
