Hi there, we’re looking at buying a terraced house in Oxford. From old estate agent details it used to have a downstairs loo at the back of the house next to the kitchen. It’s been removed presumably to make the kitchen bigger.
if we wanted to keep the existing footprint of the kitchen and use some of the long garden space to add a loo on the back of the house does anyone know roughly what it would cost? Kitchen would also need reworking a bit as sink is on the back wall currently.
