Kitchen Renovation - best type of pantry

In the process of designing new kitchen and current design has a 1200mm butlers pantry larder. there will be 6 lower drawers (3 each side) and then shelving above for rest of food
The only appliance I would keep in here would be the microwave as don’t want to use toaster / kettle inside a cupboard.
Is this the best use of pantry space or would I be better off with one side a 600mm pull out racks for food and the other half 600mm with shelving for taller items and microwave with lower drawers.
Priority is organised food storage and being easily within reach! Worried the full butlers pantry will end up with wasted higher shelves / items deep at back of unit that aren’t easily reached.
Any recommendation's on what has worked best in your experience much appreciated!

I’m not a fan of the wide pantries that are fashionable in kitchen magazines. Opening both doors all the way just to open a drawer seems annoying. Separate drawers are better.

I like pull out cupboard as I can see everything

I like draws as I can see stuff

shelves aren’t so great
