Decided to sell up and move on after spending 3yrs renovating the house. Going for a new build to take a few yrs off then either going to buid our own or emigrate!

Had to sharre as just got home to see a 'for sale' board outside and nearly had a heart attack. Its wierd!

aaahhhh, ok, thanks. i did jsut call them - mabe they did amend it, even though he said he couldnt see it either.........hmmmmmmm.

it is a lovely house, and i love character houses and the garden is fab..........i am convincing myself to stay now ..........but it really doesnt fit the criteria for what we want to do in the next 5yrs. kind of wishing we sold last yr though when it was valued at 450k - but never mind!

fingers crossed it sells and we can move on! will be slightly sad as have lots of memories here but its not our 'forever' house.

I can also see monthly, no one is winding you up, how funny you & the agent can't see it

for where we live and the fact its a character property it shouldnt be a big problem. will have put it on at a good price that should sell. could have marketed higher but didnt want to put ppl off. fngers crossed. thanks btw.
