Enquiries from management company time frame

Hello! Our house chain is nearly complete. We’re waiting on final enquiries to be answered that have been sent off to management company from the management pack. Its first port. Has anyone else had additional enquiries from management pack sent to this company and if so how long did they take to respond to solicitors?

Hello- I’m looking for advice on the best way for myself and my neighbours registering some unregistered land that we all have rights of way over

Tbh first port were crap for us and nearly lost us out sale as they were so slow! I literally had to call multiple times a day plus emails so they were sick of me and got it done. I also had to source some of the info myself from the info I had when I bought my property
