What are these?

Does anyone know what this is? I haven't spent ages trying to work it out......perhaps it's obvious!
Found on top of kitchen cupboards in house I bought recently.
There are 11 of the small metal 'poles', of different lengths.

I have no idea, but a hopeful bump to someone who does know. 🤔

I’d say some sort of modular storage rack or clothes airer rack.

Joining pieces for some modular thing, possibly something like an airing rack, would need more of the long bars and corner pieces to make anything.

No, too many 'poles'. And it doesn't swivel.

Some kind of plate or lid rack. Sometimes slots into a drawer I think. We had something similar but i found it useless so binned it.

We have them all over the house, spare bits that we didnt need or couldnt put to gether, kept them 'just in case'. No idea which bits they now go on.

The sellers left a great deal of stuff they shouldn't have, including all their recycling and an attic full of empty boxes, so I presumed it was.....surplus.
