Need chrome pipe covers for copper pipe with slight kink - radiators

Need to cover a short section of copper pipe, probably about 4 inches on each side of a radiator up from the floor, but the pipe has a slight kink in it so its not straight. Not sure if those chrome covers are flexible or not?

Any ideas?

I dont think they are.
I bought some but did not use them in the end from what I recall they did not feel very flexible for mine.
Someone who had used them will come along and tell you im sure

Thanks I think I might need to get some silver chrome tape of some sort to wrap round the pipe. Wont look as good

Paint the same colour as the wall?

Well there are skirting boards behind that bit of pipe which is white, I got nice chrome valves so it would look odd to have it anything other than chrome.

I couldnt even remember what paint we used for the walls (its wooden panelling) so probably couldnt match it. Probably homebase or something and they've gone bust now!

You can get white plastic pipe cover stuff which is a bit bendy (the chrome stuff I’ve got is the opposite) and it works well enough for our skewiff radiator pipes against a white-ish background. we’ve got chrome valves too, and they look ok against the now white pipe.

You could have the pipes rising to the radiator replaced with chrome plated copper - its not a big job if you are handy at DIY plumbing or a couple of hours for a plumber.

I bought some recently (Etal Enzo from Screwfix) that are solid PVC and clip on. They would not work.

Previously I had some thin things that wrap around, they may have a little bit of kinkability. Like this: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Products-Pipe-Wraps-200mm-Chrome/dp/B0BHF33YF2

How much of a curve is it?

The rads have just been fitted, the floor would need to come up in order to have different pipes and its tiled so massive job for little benefit when hopefully there is a workaround.
