Damaged strips between LVT tiles

Well, I've gone done messed up. We recently had LVT flooring installed, and yesterday I discovered a stain that wouldn't come off (seems to have been caused by a sticker on the back of something placed on the floor, so not food spillage). I tried a few different things based on suggestions online, and one of those was nail varnish remover. Sadly it had no impact on the stain, but it did cause the very tiny strips of rubbery material between the tiles to peel off. Any idea how I could repair this? I've managed to somewhat disguise it with colour pencils, but wondering if there is a better way. Some very fine type of filler maybe?

On another note, what's a good way to get stains out of LVT? 😅

I think a thin bead of silicone sealant in a matching colour.
