Just wondering if anyone has used Muve recently as a conveyencer and how you found them?
it’s for a straightforward (hopefully!) freehold purchase. Nothing to sell.

Our FTB used them last year. Must admit we were worried as reviews are mixed and our EA was concerned.
Everything went smoothly though. No problems at all.

If they’re online, I wouldn’t touch them with the proverbial. They advertise themselves as having 5 star reviews, but my experience of another online conveyancer was abysmal.

I have worked with them in a professional capacity. Ive seen how the sausage works so to speak. High volume. Extremely overworked "conveyancers" not necessarily qualified as such but supervised by a qualified person. The benefits are they want the work off their desks quick as they will have 100++ files to get through negatives are attention to detail ive found lacking

Online only firms aren't necessarily bad. Licensed Conveyancers aren't necessarily bad. Both combined at high volume generally are (residential property Solicitor and I worked for a high volume licensed conveyancers for 18 months).
