Fluted tiles in bathroom

Does anyone have them? Are they a nightmare to clean?

I’m eyeing up these ones but they kind of remind me of the drainage on my kitchen worktop which gets all sorts of gubbins in the grooves in between scrubs.

But then I wouldn’t be leaving wet things to sit on tiles on the bathroom walls.

Considering fluted as well but just for one wall and going slightly larger and landscape, 680 x 240. Also wondering about grooves, so interested in responses, too.

We decided not to put them on shower walls and have discussed we might need to wipe weekly. They will be on the wash hand basin wall -5 rows of tiles with four rows of grout.
DP initially concerned the grout lines would make it v busy but he’s over that.
Are you doing whole space in fluted? Are you going portrait? I guess when you visit store you could take a cloth with you and wipe them.
