Problem with quartz worktops

I’ve recently had a new kitchen fitted and we’re. We’re very happy with the units, however the quartz worktops supplied look nothing like the sample that we were shown !
this sample was white with some self coloured (water marks) on it, the fitted worktop has black / grey veining all over ! I understood from research that quartz is man made so reproducible, so I did not need to chose a slab as I would if I was having granite. The kitchen company offered 50% discount but take no responsibility and say it’s my fault for not checking that the sample was not representative !
we’ve tried a section 75 claim on our credit card but this has been declined as the invoice does not have a description of the worktop as plain white, any ideas what we can do as I hate the worktop and it doesn’t fit with my design scheme

I had the same problem, was nothing like the sample. Was very similar to your picture. When put up against the white units it looked yellow. However the kitchen company did change it free of charge to something else. I'm not sure what you can do if they won't change it but i was very disappointed with it. I fully sympathise as you have to look at it for a long time.

Not exactly the answer you’re looking for but I think it looks amazing.

Assuming that's the sample on the left, that is lovely. But it's nothing like what they fitted, I wouldn't be happy either.

I have quartz worktops but they are plain white, no patterning at all.
