I’ve rented a property for ten years. Never paid late once.
My rent was due yesterday, but Ive been ill all weekend thought yesterdays date was today!
Finally reliezed at 4.30 & sent it straight over.

Im just wondering if I should ring tomorrow & explain?

could you set up a standing order so it doesn’t happen again?

Yes I will, reason I didn’t is that my bank doesn’t pay them out on Sundays! 🤦‍♀️

Just set up a direct debit. I’m a landlord and know it’s never going to arrive in the exact same date every month.
