Lazy estate agent???

If you rang your estate agent early on Wednesday afternoon to find out what was going on with your very prolonged house sale and she said she would ring you back - how long would you expect to wait? Just thought I should get some impartial feedback before I go and give her a bollocking in the morning!!!

Being me, probably by close of business on Wednesday... but for a more patient person by Thursday morning

We had absolute nightmare with our estate agents when we were selling our house. You'd call them, they would say they would call you back within the hour and three days later nothing. They were next to useless and then got in a righteous huff when we sacked them and went with a much better firm. I'd be sitting on the doorstep at opening if I were you and give her a right royal bollocking!!

Sorry should have said that the not calling back happened on about 6 occasions, hence my general bad feelings towards estate agents at the moment!
