Lower mill estate

Considering buying a holiday home and have stayed at the Lower Mill Estate in the Cotswolds. Just wondered if anyone had bought one and what the experience has been like? Service Charge etc. Any advice appreciated

No, but it’s lovely there and loads are on Airbnb and booking.com which must offset the costs. We’re going for the third time in a few weeks. Would love to be able to afford a holiday home there. Imagine it’s VERY expensive.
