it does need alot of deoration/bit of diy but I havent seen anywhere else like this at that price

is it a bargain? and should we move here?

Also the area is quite quiet and it is a no through road so not much traffic.
It almost backs onto the local junior school playing field, the infant school is 2 roads up, about 10 min walk and a 15min walk into the town centre.

Looks nice, very big for the price. End of terrace always good! Needs loads of work on the decorating front though!

Don't know the area at all so can't comment on that.

Do you live in newhaven atm?I think it is still overpriced for the area and will be less in 6 months.It looks like a good size though and all the work looks decorative

we dont live in newhaven atm we live in lewes but is no way we can aford anwhere around here or anywhere else locally, so newhaven is our only choice plus we have friends there.

Ive just realised I didnt say b4 that we will only be renting the house not buying- I linked to the page where it was for sale (been on the market 6 months)as the rental one doesnt have the inside pics.

This house might be a bargain to rent because the landlord is trying to sell it as well as rent it out.

If you do rent it the landlord might keep it on the market, then you will only get a guaranteed six months living there if it sells. I wouldn't rent somewhere that was also up for sale unless the rent was much lower than normal due to the risk that one will have to move again in six months.
