Looking for advice about a bathroom please…
Would it be possible to put a decent shower above this bath (attached to the wall next to the window) and if so what sort of screen would work?

No. You cant put a shower on a sloping ceiling and if you put it the other way the widow cill will get wet.
You would need to rejig the whole bathroom layout

You can get two sided shower screens (if you see what I mean) so you could potentially put a screen between the sink and the bath taps that hinges down the open side. Have you got enough space behind the taps for a screen to run along there?

I think rather than a screen you’d have to do one of those circular shower curtains - is there space on the ceiling above the taps for that? The problem is protecting the sloping ceiling from water which I don’t think you could get a screen the right shape for and still be able to open it to get in and out.
