Hand towels in kitchen design

So I’m putting together plans for a new kitchen, with a pretty modern minimalist look.

in our old kitchen, we have hand towels and dishcloths on rails on the sink cupboard doors, which is not beautiful but is v useful and we do use them all the time.

but what should I do for my new kitchen? What solutions do people have to keep a kitchen sleek and tidy but still have a hand towel with reach of the sink (not in a drawer)?

any ideas or pictures of solutions?

Hang on a rail on the inside of a cupboard door? Although it means you’re opening a cupboard with wet hands every 5 minutes.

Or, I think you can get a pull out rail that could go in a gap between base cabinets.

Or accept that a kitchen is functional and will have things that get used a lot on show.

We had a pull out rail in our old kitchen and I found it awkward. The towel almost always ended up hung over the oven door instead.

Oven rail. Dries quickly

We have 2 small clear plastic hooks for tea towels. Or oven rail for towel.

If you have a unit, then a worktop then a unit above. Put a horizontal paper towel dispenser on the bottom of the unit above the worktop. It will be functional but keep worktop clear.

Do you have an end of a cupboard. Like this

Thanks. No end of cupboard space because that is going to be a bookshelf of cookbooks. Oven rail is small and will hold oven gloves

every time I see photos of fancy showroom kitchens, I’m thinking- where do the towels go?

Same place as bins in front of the house in estate agent photos - out of the way for photos!
