Repainting a barbeque?

Has anyone ever tried this? Any recs for paint? Method? Mine looks tired and grey although clean so I wondered if I could freshen it up somehow

Yes, you can get stove paint, it's used for wood burning stoves, bbq's and is readily available, probably from wood burning stove shops or online. You have to clean the metal really well with wire wool to remove all the flakiness and rust, then spray it on. Generally it only comes in black but I don't suppose that's a problem if it's a bbq.

@Copernicus321 so I only really want to do the outside as its all grey. Would I need many cans?
