Help me with my bathroom design

It’s more the layout I’m having issues with, the style I know what I want (not what is in this mock up but will be traditional as it’s a period house).
I had thought our bathroom was larger than average and I’d have plenty of room to add a separate shower as the kids are older now the bath is used less and less but we still want that option so need to keep it.
toilet would ideally stay where it it due to waste pipe/costs.
Red mark is the door and green is the window, although we’re open to moving the window if needed.
The mock up is our current layout with a shower over the bath. Hoping Mumsnet can inspire me!

Put the sink opposite the loo and then add a walk in shower in the bottom corner. If you can move the loo nearer the bath, you can have a bigger shower.

I agree with PP, that seems like the simplest option. If the loo is against an external wall and the soil pipe just goes down the side of the house it's very easy to shift the toilet closer to the bath. They just core a new hole in the wall and re-connect to the main soil pipe with an extra but of pipe, our plumber did ours. I would have thought that's easier/cheaper to do than moving a window to be honest, but not an expert

Or, spin the path 90 degrees, and put the shower in the corner freed up - check that there is enough space to enter the shower tho!
