Terrible experience – avoid this company

My experience with Noa & Nani has been extremely frustrating from start to finish. I ordered a bed which I never actually received, yet resolving the issue has taken weeks and still has not been properly handled.

The delivery “proof” they rely on is a photo of the parcel left outside my front door, which is not a safe or secure way to deliver an item. When I returned home, the item was not there, meaning I never received the product I paid for. Despite this, the process of getting help or a refund has been painfully slow.

Communication has also been extremely poor. There is no phone line to contact the company, so customers are left waiting for emails and getting nowhere. I have tried to remain polite and patient throughout this process, but the lack of urgency or proper customer support has been very disappointing.

After researching the company further, I discovered that many other customers have reported similar experiences, which I wish I had known before placing my order. Had I seen these reviews beforehand, I would never have ordered from them.

At this stage I feel like I have been completely let down as a customer. I paid for an item that I never received, and instead of the issue being resolved quickly, it has turned into a long and stressful process.

I will now be pursuing the matter through my bank and escalating the issue to about:blank Trading Standards, as well as sharing my experience publicly so that other customers are aware before ordering.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think carefully before purchasing from this company.
