Garage to office conversion

Just looking for advice from anyone who has partially converted a detached garage to an office space recently. I would like front of single garage to stay as storage with current garage door but back part an office room with patio door into garden. Would need to be well insulated for year round use

Anyone done similar recently? Approx costs? Things to think about? Does it get damp and mouldy? I guess I would need heaters.

Is it a single or double garage? For my integral garage I was quoted around £13.5k but for a double garage I’d expect to pay around £20k if you want it done fully to regulations which if you don’t want it to be cold and damp you will need to do

Thanks. That seems about what I'd guessed. It a single garage so would like approx 65% as office and 35% to stay as storage
