Primary Schools in Amersham

Hello

We are looking to move to Amersham this year with 2 DSs (aged 1 and 3)
We like the sound of Chestnuts/Elangeni but the catchment is tiny.
Does anyone have experience of St Georges C of E or Woodside? or, have you had success renting in the catchment for Chestnuts whilst owning a property outside of it?

Also, which nursery schools generally feed into Chestnuts Lane Primary?

Any advice much appreciated!!!

On the renting while owning a property, lots of councils will count your owned property as your home if it is within a certain area, I think I have seen 25 miles mentioned. If you are clearly relocating for work, say from Manchester or Darlington to Amersham, it would be obvious you were genuinely moving home. The change in rental rules in May may make it more difficult to rent out your home and find one to rent.
