I have a small courtyard garden with stairs up to a balcony off my living room. The whole lot (balcony, stairs, courtyard) is done in traditional grooved wooden decking. It's about 20 years old some boards are getting rotten. I would like to replace it.
What do you advise as the best surface? It is at lower-ground floor level, NW facing, and gets damp / mossy.
Total area is about 30-35 sq m.
