We bought a new build 3 years ago (NOT a large company like David Wilsons or Persimmon). A v small development of 3 properties.
A variety of issues have come to light over the years we have lived here and the builder has either evaded helping us out of used "sticking plaster" remedies....all of which have been awful.
I am making a claim to our NHBC warranty. They will only cover structural issues, some of our issues are structural I believe, but not all.
For the remaining issues, who do I go to? I need to get these issues fixed? They are driving my husband and I up the wall. Is it a solicitor and small claims court? Or is there another route?
Welcoming advice as I am now at the end of my tether!!
