Command Strips question

Hello, a quick one - does anyone know if you can peel a picture off the Velcro once you’ve hung it to readjust and then stick it down again to the Velcro without compromising the effectiveness of the command strips? The strips are in the right place but we then attached the picture slightly wonkily due to being in a rush and it’s a few mm out…Thanks!

Yes you can. It's like velcro.

Yes. Did it last weekend!

Leave one velcro side on the wall and one velcro side on the picture. Then just reposition.
You can't take the individual pieces off of the wall or off if the picture. But you can take the two pieces apart IYSWIM.

Just adding a question to this convenient thread! Are people hanging up loads of pictures with command hooks - how much weight can they hold? Do they ever fall down?

I hung an IKEA frame (similar to this but older model) on 2 command strips on a painted wall. 2 years later, it suddenly feel down and broke. the strips had fallen off the wall. So i don't use them anymore
