Downstairs wc renovation? (North London)

We are looking to completely redo our downstairs wc (which is very out dated). Floor needs evening, then lay floor tiles, wall tiles to waist level then paint the upper walls and the ceiling. Remove the old toilet and sink and install new ones.

how much would you expect to pay in 2026 in north London? TIA!

Why do you need so much tiling ?
Could you save yourself £££ and just do behind the taps ? Tiles are expensive labour
There isn’t too much plumbing to be done you’re just swapping the things out ? Same taps or concealed taps ? It shouldn’t cost more than £2k max including materials if you’re going for mid range.
What flooring are you going for ? I’m assuming it’s small like a cloakroom ?

new toilet - £150
sink - £100
taps - £200
tiles - £50
shelving ? £100
floor levelling - a days labour
paint - £70

You can buy enormous tiles that actually look like panels. They’re really lovely. I’ll try and find you a link but basically they’re completely idiot proof anybody could do them.
