Just had my bathroom done. They do ended to end which was what I wanted however I’ve ended up having to check on things. There’s some snagging issues which they’re sorting, some chipped tiles and they have been responsive in sorting. During the process they have been rude to me when I raised issues or just not investigated the issue like towel rail in wrong place which resulted in them opening up the wall again
its just left a bit of a sour taste and I’m struggling to get past these issues to just enjoy the new space which objectively is lovely. And advice on letting this go?
