Hello.
House has sold and I have a cash buyer. He wants to convert to an HMO (owns one down the street already)

My agents have told me he wants to complete ASAP, however I have only just started looking - since getting the offer (did not see the point setting heart on something before selling)

I have viewed 2 so far!

What is a reasonable time scale for me and him ?

I do not want to lose him and WILL rent if I need to , but equally he has to be a bit reaonable too

TIA

4 weeks

Ive experienced the most straightforward of house sales before and even that took 8 weeks. Do not underestimate the slow moving conveyancing process.

Took 4 weeks to complete a sale in December - we moved into rental we hadn’t found anywhere we liked

I would have thought giving you 4 weeks to find a house is reasonable.
