Has anyone used Resi?

Has anyone used Resi for their project before? We are in London where they seem to have done lots of work and the trust pilot reviews seem ok, but im very aware that it doesnt always tell the whole story!

My neighbour did and it seemed to make the process easier for planning and getting a contract. 3d scan and drawings seemed good.

However the plans had to be changed due to not considering the extension roof boundary overhang issue - which is a basic mistake. Also the project plan and designs didn't take into account moving of a Thames water sewer. The designs had lots of caveats (e.g. contractor to determine re-routing of soil pipe on site)

So that put a lot of design issues onto the builder that should really have been resolved by the 'architect' or designer.
