Classiest non-wheelie bin

We need a new bin, and it sits right in our front garden so it's fairly obvious. What is classy in bin-styles these days? Or is a classy bin an oxy-moron?
(No room for any built-ins -- just the bin).

Thanks!

I wouldn't recommend a plastic bin. The squirrels have gnawed their way into mine! And I know it's them and not rats, they've even been caught doing it.
Bog std B&Q black plastic bin and lid from about 13 years ago.

The trouble is that galvanised steel bis get dented and rust eventually, so I'm also after a bin recommendation.

Just check the council will actually empty non standard bins - ours won't as it has to hook onto the lorry.

Thank you! Yes, does not matter council-wise.
