Has anyone experience of buying a house which has been sold to a builder in part exchange on a new build? We have seen one but unsure how to proceed and if they accept lower offers. The current occupiers are no longer owners and hope to move very soon.
It is listed with an estate agent but I do have concerns things could be slower due to various departments involved in decision making.
