What colour plug sockets in quartz splashback?

I'm having a new kitchen installed. Have gone for green cabinets, calcutta quartz worktops and splashback with black handles, tap, appliances.
I'm not sure what to do about the electrical socket covers. The quartz is white with grey veining. Do I match it with white sockets or go for black to tie in with the tap etc.
If anyone has any ideas or photos I'd really appreciate it!
TIA

I’d go for white - you want the quartz to be the centre of attention, not plug sockets. Plus, all plugs are white too.

White

I would have the same colour as all the other plug sockets in the room, otherwise I think it could look a bit messy/uncoordinated.

You can also get clear perspex ones; would that be nicer? NB If you decide on metal backs, make sure you don’t screw the backplates in too tightly if they will be exposed to sunlight
